Phyllis Y. Nichols has been with the Knoxville Area Urban League since 1994, serving as President & CEO since 2000. Nichols serves on numerous boards, such as Child & Family of East TN, Leadership Knoxville, and the Knoxville Area Chamber Partnership. She is immediate past president of Executive Women’s Association and vice chair of the Great Schools Partnership Foundation. Nichols is actively involved with the National Urban League and currently serves as President of the Southern Region Association of Executives.  Phyllis Y.
